In the event that the order recipient is not around, we will deliver to the following:
1) For delivery to the office, we will deliver to the receptionist or recipient’s colleague.
2) For delivery to house or condo, we will deliver to the recipient’s family member or to the security or management office.
In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to the recipient is not around during the delivery, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such an event.
*Note: If a second delivery on the same day is required because the recipient was not present during the initial delivery, the second delivery will cost an additional RM20 borne by the sender.
Please provide the exact location to reach the recipient, change of address are not allowed once the delivery is out.
Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.
