If you're not happy, we offer 3-day easy refund right here from the day we received your order.

  • Flowers under poor or damaged conditions.
  • Flowers don't match to the description given.


You can choose one of the following options:

  1. A full or partial refund.
  2. A replacement on the next available delivery date.

Typically we will not offer both a refund and a replacement.

All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.
