We deliver within Klang Valley from 11am to 6pm everyday. Same day delivery is before 2pm. We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

Information needed for delivery purposes:
1) Recipient’s name.
2) Recipient’s full and correct address as found on Google Maps.
3) Recipient’s full and correct contact number.
4) Sender's phone number - will only be contacted where the recipient is unreachable.
5) Buyer’s email address - to receive the order details and delivery updates. (Optional)

Floral Substitutions: Due to nature, seasonality of flower it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the overall look of the arrangement.

Bud Size: To make sure our blooms are the freshest you’ll find, we pick them when they’re still in bud and send them straight to you. This means they won't arrive looking like their photograph yet, but watching them bloom over a couple of days is so pleasing.
