Delivery Time
In the event that the order recipient is not around, we will deliver to the following:
Office
For delivery to the office, we will deliver to the receptionist or recipient’s colleague.
House/Condo
For delivery to house or condo, we will deliver to the recipient’s family member or to the security or management office.
Hospital
Please be sure to include FULL NAME & ROOM NUMBERS of the recipient. We can't leave the arrangement at the reception, most receptionist do not help send directly to the rooms and the recipient won't be able to come down to receive them.
Re-Delivery Policy
In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to
-the recipient is not around during the delivery
-the recipient not picking up call after multiple attempts
-no valid numbers/ wrong location given
we will not be held responsible and no refund shall be issued in such an event.
*Note: If a second delivery on the same day is required because the recipient was not present during the initial delivery, the second delivery will cost an additional RM20 borne by the sender.
Should the order be cancelled as a result of the sender not wanting to pay the re-delivery fee, no refund will be given. All re-delivery must arranged the next day as all of our products are perishable.
Please provide the exact location and phone number to reach the recipient, change of address are not allowed once the delivery is out.
Returns/ Refund Policy
Please understand that our products are perishable product hence we are unable to accept returns. Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately, we will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 8 hours will not be entertained.
Orders can not be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. Credit voucher that valid for the next 3 months will be issued in lieu of the refund.
Floral Substitutions
Due to nature, seasonality of flower it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the overall look of the arrangement. If focal/main flowers are unavailable, we will reach out to you first before starting working on your arrangements.
Bud Size: To make sure our blooms are the freshest you’ll find, we pick them when they’re still in bud and send them straight to you. This means they won't arrive looking like their photograph yet, but watching them bloom over a couple of days is so pleasing.
Payment Information
All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Online Banking and Debit Card or Credit Card with Visa and Mastercard which secured by Billplz payment gateway.
